Supplier Marketing Coordinator

Location: This is a hybrid role, offering a combination of being able to work remotely and from our Copenhagen office.

Contract Type:  full-time

The Opportunity  

As the Supplier Marketing Coordinator for Scandinavia, you will play a key role in driving sales through the coordination and execution of joint marketing campaigns, activities, and promotional supplier materials. Working closely with internal stakeholders, suppliers, and partners, you will ensure impactful and well‑aligned marketing initiatives across the region.

You will act as the local point of contact for the coordination and execution of key strategic supplier campaigns, in line with wider EMEA supplier marketing plans. In addition, you will manage locally agreed supplier activities, including co‑op advertising, trade shows, content creation, and promotional initiatives.

Throughout all activities, you will ensure consistent application of the RS brand across marketing and sales collateral, while balancing regional priorities with local market needs.

What You Will Be Doing 

• Act as the main point of contact for external suppliers and partners, managing collaborations, co‑op advertising, and the effective use of marketing funds.
• Develop, plan, and execute joint marketing and advertising campaigns across multiple channels, including social media, email, and print.
• Create or coordinate the production of marketing content, sales brochures, and digital assets in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
• Plan and organise supplier‑led trade shows and in‑house events, including logistics coordination and booth materials.
• Track product line sales, analyse campaign and promotional performance, and prepare ROI reports for partner initiatives.
• Maintain and manage inventories of marketing materials, coordinating with suppliers to ensure promotional stock is up to date.

What You’ll Bring 

• Previous experience in marketing, ideally within a B2B, wholesale, or vendor‑facing environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain external relationships.
• Solid technical skills, including MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel), familiarity with CMS platforms, and experience with design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.
• Strong project‑management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple, overlapping projects, timelines, and budgets.
• Experience working in agile environments and collaborating effectively across teams.
• Fluency in English and in one of the following languages: Swedish, Danish, or Norwegian.
