As the key link between sales, marketing, and suppliers, you will play a crucial role in shaping supplier relationships and aligning their product offerings with market demands. You’ll collaborate daily with international colleagues, working together to develop insight-driven strategies that strengthen our partnerships and enhance customer solutions.
Your mission: Leverage market and product insights to build strong supplier relationships, optimize our product portfolio, and drive sustainable growth in the Scandinavian region.
What you will be doing to be successful in this role:
To succeed in this role, you will focus on developing strong, sustainable relationships both internally and externally, ensuring seamless collaboration across teams and suppliers. You will analyse market trends within our strategic verticals, using these insights to shape and execute go-to-market supplier plans that align with our Rest of EMEA (RoE) strategy.
A key part of your role will involve working closely with RoE supplier marketing to create and implement a customer- and supplier-centric plan that supports sales targets. You will also co-develop and execute a pricing strategy aimed at improving conversion rates and margin contribution. Understanding customer needs will be essential, as you will connect their demands with relevant product portfolio promotions and drive product development based on local insights, gap analyses, and supplier offerings.
Building strong supplier relationships is critical, and you will work to generate buy-in across all levels of their organizations. As the Single Point of Contact for a number of suppliers in RoE, you will strive to create synergies and harmonization wherever possible. Acting as the key link between sales, marketing, VAS, and suppliers, you will help build a structured sales and support calendar to support the transition toward a more technical solution-selling organization.
Additionally, you will play a crucial role in negotiating improved terms for projects to enhance margin contribution. Through strategic initiatives, you will help increase customer lifetime value and ensure that the right product offerings are visible in the industries we serve. By owning end-to-end supplier relationships and ensuring timely execution of key activities, you will create significant value for both customers and the business, ultimately enabling us to outperform the competition and the broader market.

- Strong commercial acumen with a strategic mindset
- Analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making
- Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to build and maintain strong supplier relationships
- Experience in the industrial sector, manufacturing, or the MRO market
- Background in product or category management
- Fluency in English and one of the Scandinavian languages is required for effective collaboration across the region
