About the opportunity

The RS Scandinavia organization has currently 80+ employees placed mainly in Denmark, but also employees in Sweden and Norway. The office in Denmark is placed in Copenhagen, where our Marketing, Sales, Technical team, Customer Service Teams, finance and supporting roles are present.

The role will support our Country Manager and the Leadership Team with implementation of our strategy, arranging events, meetings, implement smaller projects, managing calendars, helping with daily time management, travel and accommodation planning.

You will be part of a team of 3 people including an office trainee, who will support you and report into you. Our Personal Assistant for the Managing Director for Rest of EMEA will be a close colleague.

You will be accountable for supporting our Country Manager and the Leadership team, making sure the office and Facilities Management runs smoothly and support on the administrative topics, customer and supplier events.

 

A bit about you

  • Prior experience within a corporate office, fast-growing companies or start-ups
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills are essential
  • Excellent communication skills in Danish and English
  • You are efficient and happily juggling many tasks and find the best way to make everything work
  • You question the status quo, see challenges as opportunities rather than problems and positively encourage others to find creative problem-solving solutions
  • You enjoy being part of a team, but can easily work independently and make decisions
  • A positive can-do attitude, willing to take on varied tasks to help support a busy office
  • To have fun
