Join Our Team as an HR Student!

Are you a passionate student eager to gain practical HR experience? We're looking for a dedicated HR Student to support our team for 8-10 hours per week.

We are growing, and we need a proactive student to join our HR team. You'll work across Denmark, Norway, and Sweden, supporting our HR processes.

What you will enjoy doing to be successful in this role:

You'll be supporting various HR activities and administrative tasks, ensuring everything runs smoothly.

Managing our HR and recruitment systems will be part of your daily routine, as you work to streamline our processes and keep things organized.

Additionally, you'll play a crucial role in onboarding new employees, helping them feel welcome and prepared for their roles.

Coordinating employer branding activities will allow you to showcase our company culture and values to potential candidates.

You'll also assist with employee contracts and policies, ensuring compliance and clarity for everyone on the team.

Handling ad hoc HR tasks and queries will keep you on your toes, as you troubleshoot and problem-solve to support our team members effectively.

If you're accountable, communicative, and thrive in a dynamic environment, you're exactly who we're looking for. Proficiency in Excel and HR systems is a big plus, but what really sets you apart is your fun-loving and engaging personality.

Fluency in Danish and English communication skills are essential for this role.
