Location: This is a hybrid role, offering a combination of being able to work remotely and from our office in Copenhagen or Kista or Oslo.
The Opportunity
Join us in driving the growth of our Scandinavian business by helping customers adopt our Digital Procurement Solutions. In this role, you’ll work closely with customers to integrate e-procurement tools, making their purchasing process easier and more efficient.
You’ll manage a focused pipeline of accounts, develop and implement solutions, and take ownership of projects that deliver real value for customers while supporting our commercial goals. What You Will Be Doing
- Drive the adoption of RS Digital Procurement Solutions in the Scandinavian market, aligning activities with sales strategies and objectives.
- Work closely with sales teams to provide digital procurement insights, coach on lead quality, and support account development plans.
- Manage and prioritize a pipeline of customer integration projects, ensuring smooth implementation and compliance.
- Take a consultative approach with customers, building strong relationships and demonstrating the value of RS e-procurement solutions.
- Coordinate internal resources to deliver projects effectively and support end-to-end user engagement.
- Monitor existing integrations, report progress, and identify opportunities for growth and efficiency.
- Act as the voice of the customer, sharing insights on future needs and market trends to influence development initiatives.
What You will Bring
- Fluency in English and one Scandinavian language (Swedish, Danish, or Norwegian).
- Ability to think broadly, adapt quickly, and work independently.
- Positive attitude with curiosity, confidence, and a strong work ethic.
- Skills in business planning, project management, and problem-solving.
- Strong communication and facilitation skills to engage stakeholders effectively.
- Commercial mindset and ability to create customer opportunities.
- High learning agility and appetite for growth.
- Experience with MRO procurement strategy, e-procurement, or inventory solutions will be an advantage.
