Technician

About the Role
As an Air Compressor Technician, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of air compressors and related equipment. This hands-on role is primarily field-based, requiring you to diagnose issues, perform repairs, and ensure optimal machine performance at customer sites.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform service and maintenance on air compressors.
• Install and commission new machines to ensure full operational readiness.
• Diagnose mechanical issues and carry out necessary repairs.
• Conduct scheduled preventive maintenance and inspections.
• Register service cases and escalate technical issues via the Repnet IR (GD) platform.
• Recommend and document necessary spare part replacements.
• Ensure high-quality service delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Support additional tasks as assigned.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum High Vocational Certificate in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
• Solid understanding of machinery and engineering systems.
• At least 3 years of experience in service support or industrial maintenance.
• Skilled in using hand and mechanical tools.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel.
• Willingness to work under pressure, including overtime, overnight, and upcountry assignments.
• Strong customer service mindset and reliability.
