Administration Assistant

Part time – 20 hours per week, 10am-2pm, Monday-Friday.

Location - Borehamwood – WD6 3BX

We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and takes pride in delivering excellent service.

You will play a key role in supporting the smooth operation of our Engineering Stores. You’ll be responsible for maintaining high standards across the stores and ensuring product availability.

What you will be doing:

• Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain a professional, courteous relationship with the Client.
• Expedite outstanding purchase orders in a timely and proactive manner.
• Accurately record goods received into the stock control system.
• Confirm and process customer deliveries promptly.
• Ensure all documentation is completed accurately and authorised where required. 
• Complete stock deliveries in line with company standards—within one working day of receipt. 
• Assist the on-site team with administration requirements.
