What You’ll Be Doing:
Coordinate daily tasks of the team, ensuring seamless operations while delivering high-quality service.
Drive revenue growth by expanding sales areas, developing customer bases, and maximizing active accounts.
Take ownership of customer needs and resolve issues, creating lasting relationships through effective negotiation and influencing skills.
Work closely with sales management, field sales, and internal teams to assist with complex inquiries and drive sales growth.
Lead sales initiatives by managing inbound and outbound calls, providing accurate sales quotations, and converting opportunities into orders.
Actively promote our value-added services (VAS) to customers, ensuring all sales activities are documented accurately.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute growth initiatives and promotional campaigns.
Monitor sales performance, identify areas for improvement, and turn market insights and competitor activities into actionable strategies.
Lead with confidence, resolving conflicts, and driving the team to exceed sales and margin targets.

Sales Expertise: Success in driving revenue growth and managing customer relationships.
Customer Focus: Skilled in resolving issues and building strong customer connections.
Communication & Negotiation: Excellent at influencing and handling complex inquiries.
Sales Process Knowledge: Experience with quotations, calls, and converting leads.
Results-Driven: Prioritize tasks for best ROI and meet revenue/margin targets.
Strategic Thinking: Ability to turn market insights into actionable plans.
Collaboration: Experience working cross-functionally to support sales growth.
Problem Solving: Strong decision-making and conflict resolution skills.
English and Polish Proficiency: Strong communication in English and fluent level of Polish.
