Order Processing Agent with Hungarian language (remote)

About the role

The Centre of Expertise EMEA Customer Services provide order processing and order related services for the EMEA Region.

The EMEA Centre of Expertise provides an order processing service to multiple European markets, including the UK.

We handle up to 5,000 orders/processes each day which are received via email & fax.

Our ethos is to standardise processes in all markets to ensure efficiency, which allows us to bring in additional markets and/or processes.

We are one big team and largely self-managed, encouraging all members of the department to challenge the way we work (in line with CI methodology), to drive lean and productive improvements; no idea is a bad idea.

What you will enjoy doing to be successful in this role

• Daily productivity of 16 order per hour
• Monthly quality (order accuracy)
• Zero work carried over to next day
• Problem solving and/or CI implementation

What you will bring

• At least B2 level of English 
• At least B1 level of Hungarian language
• SAP knowledge is desirable though not essential
• Attention to detail - having the ability to input data accurately is crucial
• Excellent ability to work both as part of a team, and individually
• Excellent time keeping
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Continuous Improvement adopted as a way of working
• Addition European language skills are not essential to role, but would be advantageous
