Internal Sales Manager, Eastern Europe
In this role you will be leading a team of 14 internal sales for Eastern European region. You will execute and drive the ‘Go to Market’ strategy within internal sales to deliver sustainable and profitable sales growth. In this role you will be part of a local leadership team.
What you will enjoy doing to be successful in this role:
- Maintain and develop appropriate sales structure to support the ‘Go to Market’ strategy and deliver a high-performance culture throughout the internal sales team
- Set up sales standards of performance and improve sales effectiveness and capability within the team
- Establish processes, KPI’s and reporting structures
- Demonstrate outstanding sales coaching skills to ensure the internal sales teamwork within a consistent sales approach
What you will bring:
- Leadership experience leading sales teams (internal or external)
- Technical product affinity and willingness to explore electronics environment if from a different industry
- Excellent Polish and English language
- Commercial mindset and proven strong commercial experience
- Knowledge of coaching and mentoring techniques
