Customer Service Agent for Czech Market
You will be responsible for processing orders, maintaining customer data, handling any customer enquiries and complaints in an efficient and effective manner and in cooperation with other departments like Sales, Operations, Finance.
Working environment is a multi-channel support: phone, email, online, live chat.
The role of a Customer Service Agent is pivotal in providing the high-level service RS is known for.
Job Description
- Answer inbound customer calls
- Deal with any customer complaints and issues
- Contact customers about delivery date changes
- Process orders by phone, fax, e-mail
- Maintain customer data
- Contact customers about delivery date changes
- Track orders for customers
- Issue credit and debit notes as directed
- Provide an excellent customer service experience to our customers
- Resolve any customer issues in a timely and effective manner and in accordance with best practices
What we’re looking for
- Very good level of Czech language and good command of English
- Experience in dealing with customers either face-to-face or via phone
- Self-motivation and customer focused attitude
- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Have the ability to adapt to the changing environment
- Able to work under time pressure
- Have computer skills (Microsoft applications, SAP knowledge is an advantage)
