Customer Service Representative with Slovak language

In this role you will be providing multi-channel support to our customers using: phone, email, online live chat. Employee at that position will process orders, maintain customer data, capture and handle any customer enquiries and complaints in an efficient manner. Employee will be working in multinational environment, cooperating and liaising with other departments such as Sales, Operations, Finance.

The role of a Customer Service Agent is about influencing customers while building long term relationships and is pivotal in providing the high-level service RS is known for.

 

What you will enjoy doing to be successful in this role:

 

  • Answering inbound customer calls
  • Dealing with any customer complaints and issues
  • Contact customers about delivery date changes 
  • Processing orders by phone, fax, e-mail
  • Maintain customer data 
  • Track orders for customers
  • Issue credit and debit notes as directed
  • Providing an excellent customer service experience to our customers
  • Resolve any customer issues in a timely and effective manner and in accordance with best practices 

 

What you will bring:

 

  • Very good level of Slovak language and good command of English
  • Have experience in dealing with customers either face-to-face or via phone
  • Self-motivation and customer focused attitude
  • Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Have the ability to adapt to the changing environment
  • Able to work under time pressure
  • Have computer skills (Microsoft applications, SAP knowledge is an advantage)
