Join our dynamic Accounts Payable team as an AP Specialist, where you’ll play a key role in ensuring a smooth and consistent experience for our EMEA suppliers and internal stakeholders. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, international environment and is passionate about delivering top-tier service and driving operational excellence.

In this role, you’ll be at the heart of our supplier relations—coordinating across finance, supply chain, and commercial teams to ensure timely payments, accurate data, and strong vendor partnerships. From resolving supplier queries and managing account reconciliations to supporting audits and driving service level improvements, your contributions will be essential in helping us maintain and enhance the performance of our AP function across the EMEA region.

What you will enjoy doing to be successful in this role:
In this role, you’ll take ownership of managing and resolving supplier queries across the EMEA region, ensuring timely payments and compliance with key performance metrics. You’ll work closely with both internal stakeholders and external vendors, handling communication via phone and email with professionalism and efficiency. A key part of your responsibilities will include maintaining and analysing GRIR, MRBR, and debit balances, identifying root causes and driving resolutions while keeping stakeholders informed of progress. You will also play an important role in preparing data for internal and external audits, reconciling supplier statements, and ensuring overall compliance. Supporting the implementation and tracking of service level agreements across EMEA markets will be part of your day-to-day, as well as escalating urgent issues when necessary to ensure critical payments are met. You’ll be encouraged to proactively identify and address any systemic issues that could impact payment processes, contributing to ongoing improvement. Additionally, you’ll support the Team Leader and Trainer by sharing insights, helping to refine processes, and bridging any knowledge gaps, all while independently managing your workload and taking responsibility for high-priority matters.

If you have the following skills and experience, we want to hear from you:

  • Strong understanding of the E2E Accounts payable and P2P processes
  • Fluency in Polish, English and at least B2 level of French or Italian language
  • Ability of managing own workload effectively with minimal direction using own initiative to resolve issues (managing execution)
  • Able to thrive in a fast paced, complex, and high-volume role
  • Working knowledge of SAP will be an advantage
  • Finance or supplier focused background
