We’re looking for a certified SuccessFactors solutions consultant, who can work with our business stakeholders to understand their requirements across the Talent Suite of modules in SuccessFactors and design, build and implement solutions across our global organisation.

This is an opportunity to come and work with our PeopleTech team on a 12 month FTC basis, to join new and in-flight projects, and make a real impact on how we make amazing happen for our people, across EMEA, APAC and the US.

 


What you can expect to be doing:


You will take responsibility for supporting the configuration, maintenance, monitoring the provisioning operation, and development of SuccessFactors. You will be the Technical Lead for research and development to enable continuing innovation within the systems infrastructure, ensuring that the organisation is able to fully exploit the capabilities of the system.  This might include:

  • Development and monitoring of Group People systems and processes, measuring efficiency and effectiveness of user adoption and making recommendations.
  • Monitor Releases and make recommendations on new functionality that will support the business processes.
  • Recommend and implement Group People Technology developments or enhancements that improve system functionality or user experience.
  • Identify, build and manage delivery of requirements (proactive and reactive) for further global process or systems changes. Review any implications these changes would have on the system. 
  • Involvement in the planning, implementation and change management of new modules, functionality, business acquisitions and projects.
  • Manage the effective continuous development of SuccessFactors by maintaining skills and capability materials and through user testing.
  • Liaison with stakeholders to establish future business requirements and to gain involvement in solution design.
  • Monitor external user communities to identify good practice which can be brought in-house.
  • Assist in troubleshooting and resolving system issues, analysing to determine root causes and solution
  • Manage system changes in Test and Production environments
  • Provide technical assistance in the routine monitoring of data quality and system integrity
  • Work collaboratively as part of a Global People team to best support the delivery of functional strategies

 


What we are looking for from you:

 

  • A proven ability to take business requirements, and manage them through design, build and deployment of solutions.
  • SuccessFactors high level system administration experience including configuration, reporting, data loads and integration, probably with SAP SuccessFactors Certified in Employee Central. 
  • End to end SuccessFactors system or module implementation experience, ideally EC and the Talent Suite group of modules.
  • Experienced in planning and executing system testing and handover to support
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills to build internal and external credibility with all stakeholders
  • Evidence of strong project management skills
  • Have system knowledge to make process and system changes, including configuration, permissions, workflows, Business Rule and Data Module etc
