About the role

The Senior Manager, Marketing/Wholesale/E-Solutions ANZ is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies, leading wholesale and distribution initiatives, and managing the e-solutions business to drive sales growth and market expansion in Australia and New Zealand (ANZ). This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership and operational execution skills to ensure flawless service delivery to customers.

 

The individual will collaborate closely with the ANZ management team, as well as regional and global functions, to align business strategies and oversee key strategic projects from ideation to execution.

 

Responsibilities:

Marketing Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies that drive RS and RS Pro brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth across ANZ.
  • Oversee the development of promotional campaigns, digital marketing initiatives, and content strategies tailored to the local market.
  • Collaborate with global and regional marketing teams to ensure alignment with corporate brand positioning and messaging.
  • Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive landscapes to inform marketing decisions and optimize campaigns.
  • KPI’s – ROAS, PPC sales growth, SEO sales growth, Pro growth, CRM implementation

 

Wholesale & Distribution Management

  • Lead and manage wholesale and distribution strategies to strengthen market penetration and maximize sales opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key wholesalers, distributors, and channel partners.
  • Negotiate and manage contracts, pricing structures, and distribution agreements to ensure optimal market coverage.
  • Work closely with sales teams to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities within the wholesale and distribution channels.
  • KPI’s – Wholesaler sales growth, Pro catalogue sales growth

 

E-Solutions

  • Develop E-solution sales strategies to grow online sales performance.
  • Promote and market E-Solution channels with an opportunity to grow revenue.
  • KPI’s – E-Solution sales growth, New E-Solution customers.
  • To undertake budgeting as required within the marketing department.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a sales and marketing leader or similar management role, with a track record of success in sales, digital, and marketing  management with an industrial background
  • Proven track record in leading a team within a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in e-commerce and digital transformation initiatives
  • Excellent relationship-building skills with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market trends and customer data.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to drive market share growth by developing and executing effective marketing and sales strategies.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration to ensure seamless execution of business initiatives.
  • Agility in responding to market trends and evolving customer needs.
  • Proactive leadership in identifying new opportunities and optimizing existing business channels.

  • Notify your manager of any accident, incident or near miss and complete the Health & Safety Accident Report. Keep Manager informed of disputes and actions that could possibly affect the brand of RS Components Pty Limited.
