About the role:

The role's aim goal is to attain business objectives by enhancing sales performance and profitability within the assigned portfolio. It is important to foster strong relationships and deliver outstanding service to both internal and external customers. Collaboration with the Account Manager/Sales Manager is crucial for making commercial decisions.  Work together with the sales team on local business plan to maximize sales and contribute to the national forecasting process. Ensuring exceptional service is provided to existing and potential RS customers, assisting them in comprehending our products and identifying appropriate solutions. 

 

Key responsibilities:

  • Search for new business opportunities in existing accounts through the identification of new contacts. Follow up on all sales leads in a timely and effective manner.

  • To achieve a monthly revenue target and maintain existing customer database by research on the customer and further identify business opportunities.

  • The goal is to identify potential wallet sizes, target and sell accordingly, while providing accurate weekly forecasts and pipeline documents.

  • The job involves identifying new product sales opportunities for existing customers, maintaining productive inter-department relationships for exceptional customer service, and actively informing and persuading target customers about the customer marketing program.

  • The individual is responsible for gathering and communicating competitive information from customer and market feedback to Sales Management within their territory.

 

What we are looking for from you…

  • Preferably graduated from Technical or Engineering studies  

  • Preferably 1-2 years of experience in Telesales, Customer service or any Sales environment with Technical selling background. Ideally with inbound and outbound call experience.

  • Commercial awareness, particularly around the cost of acquisition

  • Clear evidence of consistent target over achievement in a profit margin driven sales environment

  • Proven record of account development, with a complex portfolio of products and services

  • Strong negotiation & Time management skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills w

  • Able to work under pressure
