Internal Sales Executive, Singapore (NPF & Indirect)

Role purpose
You will need to achieve business objectives and aggressively drive sales growth and overall profitability throught new customer acquisition and expanding our market reach via the channel network. Working closely with Field sales.

Pursue sales opportunities from existing and new NF and channel partners through telesales and marketing efforts.

Conduct outbound calls to targeted customers to promote RS products, sales promotions, and other activities to drive growth.

Achieve monthly revenue targets by maintaining and expanding the customer and channel partner database through research and identifying new business opportunities.

Execute customer nurturing activities such as call plans, introducing new services and solutions, promotions and qualifying leads.

Handle and process inquiries from existing customers and channel partners by assessing their needs, project details, and conducting competitive research.

Develop, review, and submit quotations including quote creation, alternate product selection, pricing approvals, and sending quotes to customers and channel partners.

Follow up on quotations to close sales, including follow-up call plans, objection handling, and closing deals.

Gather competitive information from customer and communicate it to Sales Management.

Maintain cooperative and productive relationships with other departments to deliver exceptional customer service leading to a high Net Promoter Score (NPS).

Ensure timely and accurate report submission.

Perform other duties as assigned to achieve corporate and business objectives.

What existing skills and experience will you need to be successful in this opportunity?

Over 2 years of experience in Telesales, Customer Service, or any Sales environment, preferably in Industry, MRO, or Electronics.

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Commercially savvy with strong negotiation skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong planning, prioritization, and time management skills.

Proficient in SAP and Microsoft Office.
Desirable Skills & Experience

Experience in an International organization with good cultural awareness.

Understanding e-commerce solutions within a B2B environment.
