Treasury Manager

Location: This role is offered on a permanent basis. It is a hybrid role, offering a combination of being able to work remotely and at our Kings Cross HQ.

We are seeking an experienced Treasury Manager to join our fantastic business.  You will play a key role in business partering and supporting the efficient operation of the global treasury and management of risk specifically for the Integrated Supply part of RS Group.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of financial markets, strong analytical skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with the business. You should have a proven track record of delivering results, managing complex financial transactions, and working effectively in a fast-paced environment.

RS Integrated Supply is an independent service provider which provides indirect supply chain services for clients that lower costs, improve reliability, and standardize processes in this critical component of the supply chain. RS Integrated Supply US is a US listed business with operations in the US, Puerto Rico, Mexico, Asia, and Europe. RS Integrated Supply UK is a UK based entity with operations across the UK and Europe.

What you will do

• Rationalise banking operations to align with Group relationship banks
• Enable the use of banking products that facilitate process efficiency and automation through liaison with banking partners
• Determine foreign exchange exposure and minimising through FX hedging or otherwise
• In conjunction with Group Treasurer and Group Tax ensure that appropriate internal capital structures are put in place and maintained
• Support M&A transactions as directed by Group Treasurer including Due Diligence, completion mechanics and integration activities

A bit about you

• Experience within a corporate Treasury function
• Relevant Accounting / Finance qualification
• Relevant Treasury qualification e.g., AMCT, MCT is desirable
• Experience in corporate international treasury is desirable.
• Self-motivated, resilient and enthusiastic
• Highly organised yet flexible with an ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to think strategically whilst delivering operationally
