Location: This role is offered on a 12-month fixed term contract basis. It is a hybrid role, offering a combination of being able to work remotely and from our or London (Kings Cross) headquarters.

 

 We are currently seeking a highly organised and proactive Personal Assistant to support two key members of our senior management team. You will also provide reception cover at our Kings Cross HQ during occasions of absence.

 

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of our London team. You will have the opportunity to be part of some fantastic events in the office, including engagement and D&I initiatives.

 

What you will be doing:

  • Extensive diary management for senior management across the business
  • Coordinating the scheduling of events, including catering, for both internal and external clients
  • Create, assemble, and prepare presentations for team meetings, progress meetings, and other meetings.
  • Arrange travel, transport, and accommodations in the UK and internationally
  • Provide high quality admin support to wider leadership team members as required.
  • Provide full reception cover during annual leave or sickness.

 

About you:

  • Proven work experience as a Personal Assistant.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office; PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and Excel.
  • Self-motivated, efficient, reliable, and has a ‘can do’ attitude.
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills.
  • Excellent organisational and administration skills.
  • Proactive with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Experience working in an international organisation is helpful.
  • Ability to travel to London office, hybrid with 2 days in the office, as agreed with Executive. During times of reception cover you will need to be in the office for the duration of the absence.
