The Reward Team operate as a centre of expertise within the broader people function and focus on the RS Group purpose “making amazing happen for a better world”, by developing creative and pragmatic reward solutions that attract and retain the very best.


The Head of Reward - EMEA role is primarily responsible for supporting the EMEA business of RS Group with creative and commercially focused reward solutions across multiple markets.


What you will do

  • Understand the specific reward challenges facing the EMEA region and to work with the COE team to develop practical and cost-effective solutions to business problems.
  • Manage the key reward processes e.g., annual pay review, annual incentive, job grading, sales incentive design for the EMEA region.
  • Lead on specific global reward projects which impact across the organisation,


A bit about you

  • Able to operate comfortably at all levels of the organisation 
  • Be highly responsive, flexible, and able to deliver great quality solutions under time pressure
  • A solid foundation in the delivery of reward and benefits solutions in the EMEA region.
  • Approachable, engaging and be able to translate complex reward ideas into practical solutions.
  • Experience with sales incentive design is desirable.
  • Experience with Fleet management is desirable.
  • Experience working in a multi-national organisation is desirable.
