Location: This is a permanent opportunity. It is a hybrid role, offering a combination of being able to work remotely and from our office at Kings Cross, London.

 

We are seeking a talented and experienced FP&A Manager to our Financial Planning and Analysis team. The FP&A Manager will play a crucial role in providing financial insights, strategic guidance, and decision support to senior management to drive business performance and profitability.

 

 What you will be doing:

 

  • Provide insightful analysis and commentary on financial results, variances, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to senior management and other stakeholders.
  • Design a suite of reports to be used to consistently to review performance across the Group.
  • Understand the business and the forecast information provided (both financial and other data) and using this to provide insight about what it means for the Group, highlighting the risks and opportunities and recommending possible solutions to senior leaders.
  • Drive process improvements and efficiency enhancements in financial planning and reporting processes.
  • Design and implement an approach for preparing insightful commentaries for the Group, regions, and functions, ensuring risks and opportunities are properly considered and highlighted, obtaining, and providing further insight where necessary.

 

If you have the following skills and experience, we want to hear from you:

 

  • Qualified accountant with experience gained in dynamic professional businesses, with experience gained of providing proactive financial insight in dynamic international businesses.
  • Excellent team player and collaborator
  • Able to influence clearly explain financial performance, provide insight and highlight key areas of focus to both finance and non-finance senior management.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to challenge financial performance.
  • Proactive desire to add value and improve existing processes with the ability to think of a variety of different solutions.
  • Excellent IT skills, especially Microsoft products and experience of financial modelling and consolidation and planning systems.
  • Managed accounting under IFRS.
  • Dynamic and proactive attitude towards future development – eager to progress and invest in own future and development.
