Non Core Offer Specialist

This role can be based in The Netherlands or Poland.


As a Non Core Offer (NCO) Specialist you will be the go-to person when it comes to customer product needs. In this role you will be responsible to maintain a high service level and deliver an increased sales penetration together with sales. You will identify and collaborate with preferred suppliers that can meet the technical needs of the request. It may require collaboration with non-preferred suppliers or a search for new suppliers which can support the technical requirements of the product. This service allows us to increase commercials with suppliers/vendors and customer relations. You will work closely with product & supplier management, sales and other internal stakeholders on a local level. The aim is to increase customer spend, improve commercial terms and increase conversion rate. In this role you will be responsible for working on and creating fruitful sourcing strategies, analysing supplier performance, and full procure to pay process. In this role you will need to be able to work on multiple tasks, to prioritize your workload, improve processes, have a can-do attitude and like to work in an international team.

Together with your colleague(s) you will be responsible for the Rest of EMEA region.

A bit about you:

  • Proven first experience in procurement/sales
  • Negotiating skills
  • Willingness to work in international environment
  • Very good knowledge of English, local language like Polish or Dutch would be beneficial
  • SAP experience – nice to have
  • CI process improvement – nice to have
