About the Role
Role Purpose
Core purpose of this role is to provide monthly financial reporting along with providing support, challenge and data driven insight to the business.
Responsibilities
- Produce monthly reporting package with variance analysis and develop additional reporting as needed
- Develop dynamic models to drive strategic business decisions
- Embed into the different functional areas as a true financial business partner through value-add support
- Ability to operate fluidly in a fast-paced environment
- Identify opportunities for performance improvement across the organization
- Manage the preparation of inter-departmental and organizational reporting and insights through KPIs
- Support in the forecasting and budget process across all financial statements
- Evaluate historical and current industry trends and financial data
Candidate Requirements
Qualifications and Skills:
Essential:
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably with a major in Finance
- 2+ years’ experience in Finance
- Proven ability to adapt to new environments, adopt new best practices and implement change
- Proactive with the ability to demonstrate creative and critical thinking
- Experience in presenting and communicating with Senior Management
- Ability to work with large datasets
Desirable:
- Master’s degree in Finance or MBA is a plus
