RS Italy, part of RS Group plc, provides solutions, products and services that help customers design, build, maintain, repair and operate industrial equipment and operations safely and sustainably. The company stocks more than 750,000 industrial and electronic products from over 2,500 leading suppliers and, with 32 operating locations worldwide, is able to provide 1.1 million customers with a wide range of product and service solutions.

RS has been present in Italy for over 30 years. It currently has an office in Sesto San Giovanni (MI) and a logistics center of over 7,000 square meters in Vimodrone (MI) and can count on the talents of over 200 employees.

As per tradition, we celebrated the arrival of summer with our families with an incredible party at our logistics center in Vimodrone, which was transformed for one evening into a truly magical place, with games, good food and lots of fun!

During the evening we were also able to visit our warehouse and find out more about the logistics of the more than 750,000 products available on our website.

Wellbeing at RS Italy

At our locations in Sesto San Giovanni and Vimodrone, fresh fruit is delivered, ideal for a good start to the day or to give our people the right energy between meetings. In addition, we promote numerous initiatives aimed at strengthening our team spirit and promoting sustainability: sports, corporate volunteering activities, entertainment, and health and safety courses are just some of the activities that those who work for RS can enjoy in the company of their colleagues.

  • Sales: The RS Italia Sales team works every day to be the first choice of our customers. The team's objective is always to propose innovative products and services that meet the real needs of our customers and help them in their work. Commitment, competence, active listening and commercial sensitivity are the keys that allow us to keep the customer always at the center of our strategy.

  • DC: The mission of our Distribution Centers is to satisfy customer needs. The aim is always to be in the right place at the right time with what the customer requires, offering the best service at the best cost.

  • PSM: The PSM (Product & Supplier Management) team is constantly working to establish partnerships with numerous local and international suppliers, in order to offer the best purchasing experience to customers. RS's catalogue contains more than 2,500 suppliers and more than 750,000 products.

  • Customer service: a strategic function within the company, it aims to deliver an experience that exceeds customer expectations, generating a loyalty impact by building long-term relationships with existing and future customers.

    Marketing: The team always sets itself challenging goals - to raise awareness of our Group, to help improve the customer lifecycle and to implement key initiatives of our ESG plan to become the first choice for customers, suppliers, shareholders, communities and our people.
