LIFE AT RS

RS Group, headquartered in London, operates its local office in Kyalami Business Park, Midrand, Johannesburg. We embrace a hybrid work model, combining in-office collaboration with the flexibility to work from home, ensuring an optimal work-life balance.

RS South Africa is proud to employ a diverse team of approximately 95 employees across functions like Customer Experience, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Business Insight, IT, Operations and People. We place a strong emphasis on collaboration, open communication, and authenticity. LOCAL TEAMS

Sales - Our Sales Team focus on understanding our customer’s needs, offering tailored product and solutions and ensuring seamless interactions and transactions. They use every opportunity to make a meaningful impact and build lasting relationships with our valued customers.
Operations and Product and Supply Management - Our Operations team are the backbone of our fast-moving operation, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries. Our PSM team supports the business by managing the product range and key local supplier relationships using data and customer insight to drive efficiencies and innovation.
Marketing - Our forward-thinking Marketing Team and play a pivotal role in shaping our brand. From driving customer demand to coordinating impactful campaigns, our team thrives on innovation and creativity.
People - Our dynamic People Team shape the foundation of our company’s success—our people. As champions of talent, wellbeing and culture, our People function plays a vital in attracting top talent to fostering an inclusive workplace. The People function drives initiatives that support RS South Africa’s ambitions and ensure every employee can contribute to our shared success.
Customer Experience - Our exceptional Customer Experience Team uses every interaction as an opportunity to make a difference with their customer-first mindset. Whether assisting customers over the phone, or via email, our team are dedicated to creating positive, personalized experiences that leave a lasting impression with our customers.
Corporate - Our Corporate Team at RS South Africa supports the business through three key functions: Finance, Business Insight, and IT. Together, they ensure financial health, provide data-driven decision-making, and deliver technology solutions enabling the organization to operate efficiently and grow strategically.
