Core Purpose of My Role & What decisions I’m empowered to make
We are in search of an experienced and highly motivated email marketing professional who is knowledgeable about email best practices, design, and performance optimization. Supports the Email Marketing Manager by designing, developing, and implementing strategic marketing campaigns that are aimed at achieving the organization’s goals. Collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate email development projects including content, graphic design, web, social, and analytics.

Key Deliverables for my role

  • Ensuring email marketing automation programs are consistent with brand standards and in line with industry best practices
  • Build effective target audiences and segments to drive engagement and revenue performance against KPI goals
  • Mapping out end-to-end workflows within our email marketing platform that are specifically designed to target leads, new/current customers, and re-engage past customers
  • Support full lifecycle engagement by building complex, automated user journeys (e.g.behavioral/triggered emails, nurtures, win-backs, etc.)
  • Leveraging email performance data to drive optimization of the email programs
  • Collaborate with Commercial Insights team on database maintenance, security, and compliance
  • Monitor and report on the overall campaign results (deliverability, standard metrics reports, A/B test results)

Useful Experience


  • Hands-on experience working with email marketing platforms such as HubSpot, Marketo, Eloqua or similar
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • A collaborative team player
  • Takes ownership and very results oriented
  • B.S or B.A. degree in Marketing, Business, Psychology, or equivalent


  • 3-5 + years of email marketing experience, marketing automation a plus
  • Experience of working in a Commercial environment
  • Experience with working and supporting a Supplier Management team
  • Understanding of HTML/CSS
