As an Internal Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in nurturing and maintaining strong relationships with our key clients as well as well as following sales leads to secure new business for the organisation.
You will be responsible for understanding client needs, managing internal resources, and ensuring the delivery of top-notch service. This is a fantastic opportunity for a results-driven individual with excellent communication and organisational skills.
What you will be doing:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
- Understand client needs and objectives to ensure successful delivery of services.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address client requirements.
- Act as the main point of contact for key accounts.
- Monitor account performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Provide regular updates and reports to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Stay informed about industry trends and client developments.
What do I need to be successful?
If you have the following skills and experience, we want to hear from you:
- Proven experience in an internal sales position or a similar role.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong organisational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Excellent prioritisation skills.
- Familiarity with electronics and industrial products sector is a plus.
- Ability to build strong and lasting relationships with customers.
- Bachelor's degree in a business-related discipline.
- Ability to work in a team and collaborate effectively with colleagues.
