What you will be doing:

 

As a Customer Service Agent, you will be reporting into one of our amazing Customer Service Team Leaders, you will be providing effortless and exceptional customer experience to create loyalty and additional revenue by working in a multi-channel customer solutions environment.

 

You will problem solve in the moment to find solutions and resolutions to customer issues and complaints; turn a detractor into a promoter and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver an exceptional service and help find opportunities and leads for Key and Corporate Sales Communities and qualify with great questioning.

  • Experience in working in a multi-channel Customer Service environment.
  • Excellent organisational skills: effective and efficient use of time and resources to meet all deadlines and deliver quality results.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Must be proactive and demonstrate initiative.
  • Ability to quickly adapt to changing situations, demonstrating flexibility, and taking on other duties as assigned.
  • Instinctive and consistent focus customers’ needs delivering quality and accuracy even when under pressure.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
