The role

Reporting to the Head of Sales & Service Tools, Technology & Processes - EMEA and supporting the delivery of the overall EMEA Customer Engagement Programme.  The Process & Configuration Analyst’s responsibilities include custom toolset product development and maintenance, user management, system security, and ongoing optimization efforts for existing and future sales tools, their features, third-party applications, and integrations.


Make an Impact as a Process and Configuration Analyst

  • Create and maintain custom and standard objects, fields, views, flows, and other components and functions, adhering to project specifications and timelines
  • Coordinate work with Project Managers and other Administrators
  • Manage system changes without interruption to the user or impact on other workflows and processes.
  • Research and manage third-party applications that support and enhance business processes and end-user experience
  • Act as our sales tools subject matter expert for integrations with other internal data systems
  • Maintain, enhance, and create workflows, configurations, and components that increase benefits and usability for end-user
  • Manage new releases of sales tools and efficiently roll out new features
  • Respond to user requests for support in a timely manner
  • Continually seek ways to enhance the end-user experience further
  • Manage user licenses and security settings, including sharing rules, roles, permission sets,
  • Monitor application storage usage and archive data as needed
  • Develop process documentation and field maps of custom work into our sales tools
  • Assist with migration from older systems/processes in line with our customer engagement roadmap
  • Ensure data integrity by merging duplicate records, performing bulk data uploads and updates as required, and removing unnecessary fields and data as needed and in compliance with data retention policies
  • Create and adhere to naming conventions and organizational data standards


What you will need to succeed


What we use – hopefully, you’ll have experience with some or all of these.

  • 3 to 5 years of Salesforce, ShowPad, or other similar Sales tools administration experience
  • In-depth knowledge of the standard capabilities of these sales tools and have successfully expanded on those capabilities through the use of custom code and integration with external systems
  • Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team
  • Team player with a positive attitude
  • Great communication skills with an enthusiastic personality
  • Ability to utilize critical thinking skills in decision-making situations, good organizational and record-keeping skills, and good independent judgment
  • Computer literate and proficient in standard office applications Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Strong problem-solving skills, data and software applications
  • Current Salesforce Administrator Certification
  • Experience with Salesforce Communities
  • Experience with custom buildouts that are not dependent on standard Salesforce objects
  • Fluent in both verbal and written French, German, Spanish or Italian
