Personal Assistant

Location: This role is offered on a permanent basis. It is a hybrid role, offering a combination of being able to work remotely and working at our Corby office.

We are looking for a Personal Assistant to provide a full spectrum of effective, confidential administrative support to our Chief Financial Officer EMEA, Vice President Corporate Development and Chief Financial Officer – Corporate Finance.

 

 What you will do

  • Provide comprehensive and confidential administrative support.
  • Proactive diary and effective email management.
  • Effective management and communication or travel arrangement.
  • Organise meetings and events including the arrangement of relevant logistics, agenda, and managing pre-read material.  Including the use of modern communication technology (Video conferencing, WebEx etc).
  • Attend and actively participate in leadership team meetings
  • Administration of any relevant Teams / SharePoint / intranet sites.

 

What we’re looking for

  • PA experience at a senior management level.
  • IT savvy and comfortable with setting up and operating video-conferences.
  • Excellent organisation skills, particularly in relation to diary and event project management.
  • Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft office.
  • Excellent, proven time management skills – can work autonomously, as part of a team and be able to multitask.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good problem-solving skills – the ability to think on their feet and provide effective, logical solutions.
  • The ability to be proactive and take the initiative.
