The UK&I Marketing team at RS are passionate about understanding customers and their needs by communicating the right services and products to customers through compelling and commercial marketing activities.
This role has been created to become a collaborative and energised part of the marketing community. Using content to inform and educate customers of the value and benefit of our solutions through integrated marketing campaigns and empowering our customer facing teams to position and champion our total proposition and drive customer advocacy and change.
As a Marketing Executive, you will support the delivery of the marketing strategy, working alongside the Head of Marketing Operations and the Senior Marketing Manager to regionalise service solutions propositions, drive lead generation and the delivery of strategic marketing campaigns. You will collaborate across functions and geographies to ensure campaigns are best in class and maximised for optimal results.
What you will be doing:
- Implementation of campaign plans – managing campaign timeline, budget tracker and campaign documentation.
- Support the delivery of proposition and sales enablement collateral to drive sales team engagement.
- Attend events where necessary, to support campaign activity.
- Work closely with wider UK&I marketing team to ensure successful execution of campaigns - including digital marketing, product/trading team, PR/Comms and Events team and the Content Team.
- Support the delivery/execution of Account Based Marketing campaigns.
- Management of Marketing leads – Marketing lead qualification/data cleanse, Salesforce lead uploads, management of the lead tracker, working with the Marketing Analyst to provide monthly reporting.
- Management of Telemarketing agency including briefing relevant/additional lead qualification activities.
- Supporting the delivery of lead nurture campaigns through various marketing channels including email.
- Delivery of marketing activities as defined by the marketing operations and wider UK&I marketing plan.
What do I need to be successful?
If you have the following skills and experience, we want to hear from you:
- 1+ years marketing experience
- B2B lead generation campaign delivery and lead management
- Project management and CRM tools e.g. Monday.com, Salesforce
- B2B sales engagement delivery
