Full Time, Permanent

Competitive salary (depending on experience)
15% shift allowance
Up to 10% bonus
Paid overtime.

2 weeks rotating DAYS Monday to Friday (some out-of-hours cover needed)
Week 1: 06:30 – 14:00
Week 2: 14:00 – 21:30

16.5% Pension (with a 6% contribution)
24 days annual leave plus 8 Bank Holidays

What are we looking for?

Our Technicians / Engineers need to have:

• Experience working in a similar role in a distribution / logistics / warehouse / manufacturing site.
• A recognized apprenticeship or qualification or time served experience.
• A mechanical bias but with some basic electrical knowledge.
• Knowledge of:
  - Fault Finding
  - Pneumatics & Hydraulics
  - Conveyors
  - Motor/gear boxes

What will you be doing?

As an engineer / technician you will be responsible for keeping the distribution centre moving (literally).

Your role is to react to faults and breakdowns and repair them quickly to a high standard while also doing planned preventative maintenance and finding ways to improve our work.
