Location: This role is offered on a permanent basis. It is a hybrid role, offering a combination of being able to work remotely and from our Corby (Northamptonshire) offices.

 

 

We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced HR Solutions Manager to join our HR Shared Services team.

 

You will lead a team of experienced HR Specialists, who provide support to the business in their specialised area, including Employee Relations & Reward. You will evolve the People Shared Services team to deliver a high-quality, centralised service to the business. Driving a culture of continuous improvement, a tight focus on data integrity and an excellent service to customers.

 

What you will be doing:

  • Lead and support the set up and mobilisation of People Shared Services work for new geographies or services.
  • Collaborate with HR and legal teams to address complex employee relations issues.
  • Support with operational readiness for implementation of new systems or processes.
  • Oversee cyclical activities, including the annual appraisal process, salary review and bonus, and promotions, to ensure a high-quality delivery and turnaround.
  • Design people processes and support the implementation in respective countries across technology platforms.
  • Manage HR cases for the executive population including the design and delivery of a tailored VIP service. 

 

About you:

  • Employee relations expert with extensive working knowledge across all ER and change management disciplines.
  • Extensive experience of TUPE, Organisational Design, and Unions.
  • Advanced understanding of UK employment law and it’s application.
  • Experience of setting up a HR Shared Services team and/or increasing the scope of the work (processes and geography).
  • Motivational leader with experience of coaching, developing and motivating people in a hybrid or remote environment.
  • Strong influencing skills to gain buy-in to change and deliver excellence.
