HR Process Analyst

Location: This is a hybrid role, offering a combination of being able to work remotely and from our office in Corby, Northamptonshire.

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Process Analyst to join our People Shared Services team.

 

 What you will be doing:

  • Work to deliver an improved manager and employee interaction with the people team and make our colleagues’ jobs easier. 
  • Optimise workflows hosted on people technology (case management, employee portal, document management, HRIS, careers website and intranet).
  • Manage the change requirements for the People Shared Services team. 
  • Take ownership of the operations dashboard and manage the workstack for potential improvements.
  • Interact with managers and employees (our customers) in a personalised and timely way ensuring a great experience.
  • Actively contribute towards the development and continuous improvement of People Shared Services delivery.

 

If you have the following skills and experience, we want to hear from you:

  • People process design and implementation.
  • Experience with SuccessFactors, case management or other equivalent People systems essential.
  • Experience of People related processes, policies, and procedures, ideally in an international environment.
  • Microsoft and Adobe savvy.
  • Operational HR experience is desirable and robotics knowledge would be a bonus.
  • Highly proficient in data analysis; problem solving; and critical thinking with a proven ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences to improve understanding and collaboration.  
  • An aptitude to learn, curiosity to develop new skills and confidence to find the answers when you don’t know something. 
  • Obsessed with delivering for the customer and improving their experiences at all points of contact with the People function.
