Location: This is a hybrid role, offering a combination of being able to work remotely and from our Corby office.

 

 We are seeking a passionate and collaborative HR Operations Manager to join our HR Shared Services team.

 

This is a pivotal time to join us in the journey of creating a global service for the organisation, you will have significant impact in shaping the future of the RS employee experience. 

 

 What you will be doing:

 

  • Manage and develop a team of experienced HR and Technical Specialists and be their escalation/referral point for complex cases.
  • Drive the performance of the team to improve service delivery; ensure appropriate performance measures for the function are in place, including SLA’s 
  • Work with data and insight to identify the optimal solution(s) to short term and recurring people challenges, whilst evolving the service to drive a culture of continuous improvement culture and service excellence. 
  • Optimise HR systems to streamline processes and improve the experience for customers; undertake change management activities to implement the improvements.
  • Deputise for the Shared Services Lead as required. 

 

If you have the following skills and experience, we want to hear from you:

 

  • Experience of coaching, developing and motivating people in a hybrid or remote environment.
  • Expert knowledge and application of employment law with extensive hands-on experience of managing complex ER cases and tribunal matters.
  • Experience of delivering change projects and process improvement with a focus on managing the people implications of the change. 
  • Experience of setting up an international People Shared Services team and/or increasing the scope of the work (processes and geography). 
  • Experience with SuccessFactors, PeopleDoc or other equivalent People systems essential  
  • Evidence of expertise in the design and implementation of People related processes, policies, and procedures ideally in an international environment.
