Location: This role is offered on a 12-month fixed term contract basis. It is a hybrid role, offering a combination of being able to work remotely and from our Corby (Northamptonshire) or London (Kings Cross) offices.

 

We’re looking for a Communications Manager that is  passionate, creative and agile, with the ability to flex and change within our fast-paced organisation.

 

You will support the delivery of the EMEA Internal communications, the global external and internal communications on large scale projects and events plans by successfully delivering the implementation of communications and events activity across the globe, ensuring all communications are delivered in an effective, timely and relevant way sharing the story of how we are doing the right thing for our stakeholders.

 

This role is a key role within our wider Communications team and is critical to our overall success.  It is a busy and varied role on a global scale, which means no two days are ever really the same!

 

What you will be doing:

  • Support with events (both external and internal), exhibitions, customer communications, supplier communications and internal communications across EMEA.
  • Deliver brilliant internal communications across EMEA and external communications targeted at our key stakeholders.
  • Support the implementation of integrated communications, events planning and execution, campaign and channel management, translation support via external partners.

 

About you:

  • Brilliant all-round internal and external communications skills, written and verbal, with the ability to engage effectively at all levels.
  • Experience with event planning.
  • Able to work collaboratively and build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Can work well under pressure, with conflicting priorities and changing deadlines.
  • Uses fresh thinking and creative ideas to turn complex information into engaging, relevant content.
  • Knowledge of external and internal channels to best use to deliver messages.
  • Effective delivery of the communications strategy.
  • Experience of working in a Global or regional role.
