We are looking for a Brand Manager to join our growing brand team, to work on the development and implementation of our global strategy and campaigns. In this team you will be given the space to be entrepreneurial with a creative spirit, focused on a solutions-oriented approach to everything you do.
We are looking for someone with a creative and strategic mind set, with proven experience in implementing targeted brand campaigns. As a Brand Manager you will be directly responsible for the rollout of campaign toolkits and brand governance across all markets and developing clear and concise propositions for our products and service solutions.
This is a role that requires passion and creativity, with a real focus on the consumer and solving consumer problems. You will be able to take insights and translate them into a brief to shape campaigns and activation activity.
You will be commercially minded and able to work in a global matrix organisation, with a flexible and agile approach and attitude. Understand the need to be sensitive to the needs of others but have the confidence and maturity to navigate cultural and regional differences, giving teams the confidence to trust your approach.
Key accountabilities:
- You are the owner of the RS brand propositions, with responsibility for bringing this story to life. You will immerse yourself understanding the RS offer and be the main point of contact for these relationships.
- You will provide input and feedback from the markets and solutions teams to help shape the ongoing refinement of the brand strategy.
- you will monitor and track brand activity and govern the use of the brand, proving guidance where inconsistency is identified.
- Support with quarterly and annual planning for the wider marketing strategy.
- Develop and deliver campaign toolkits needed by markets for in-market activation taking ownership for managing output from the inhouse creative function and agency partners.
- Monitor brand KPIs related to equity, awareness and trial, and evolve campaign frameworks to ensure
- Provide support to senior brand team members in the delivery of plans and projects.
What we’re looking for:
- You will have experience of working as an JBM with at least 3 years’ experience in a fast-paced marketing led organisation.
- You understand the different channels and platforms used to activate brand campaigns and have good knowledge of digital campaign activation.
- Experience of working with marketing agencies and managing output and deliverables from these partners.
- You are commercially minded, practical, and efficient in your approach and thought process.
- Experience of having worked on high profile brand activations on a regional or global scale.
- Disruptive thinker, with a flexible can-do approach and mindset, with the ability to multitask and juggle multiple projects and tasks.
- Excited to learn the ropes of how to grow brands with a natural ability to build strong relationships and motivate.
- Strong understating of how to use data and insight to shape strategy and decision making.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the confidence to take decisions and work independently.
- A team player who gets stuck in and supports others within the team when required.
