What you will be doing:

You will be driving business growth by collaborating with your Key Account Manager (KAM) to strategically expand our presence within the district. Engaging with customers through MS Teams and telephone meetings, you will ensure the development of strong, lasting relationships.

Your role will involve negotiating agreements with customers that align with their needs and our business goals. Efficiently managing customer communications, you will handle incoming emails and provide prompt, effective responses.

Working closely with the KAM, you will focus on achieving mutual KPIs, fostering a high-performance team environment. Additionally, you will champion our Internal Sales team's mission to build lasting relationships, become the first choice for customers, and deliver value-added, time-efficient services. Your contributions will help ensure a seamless customer experience and a fun, collaborative work environment, always working as OneTeam.

  • Strong understanding of B2B customer behaviours and expectations.
  • Confident in mapping customer potential and uncovering opportunities.
  • Excellent interpersonal, networking, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to develop and execute sales action plans.
  • Highly motivated with a tenacious approach to achieving and exceeding objectives.
  • Fluent level of Danish language and at least communicative level of English.
