As we embark on the acceleration of our strategy – Journey to Greatness, we need to deliver new and aligned sales and service processes supported by a new CRM system, across our organisation and as such a key role within Sales & Service Effectiveness is the Change Manager – EMEA. The Change Manager will lead and support the delivery of both transformational and business as usual change across EMEA region as well as global changes. This role is critical to the successful delivery of our ambition of becoming first choice.

 

The role requires a passionate and highly driven change professional who will focus on the people side of change working to drive faster adoption, higher ultimate utilisation of and proficiency with the changes that impact people. Key objectives include:

 

  • Working with established and developing Change Management practice for the EMEA Sales and Service teams
  • Creating and implementing change management strategies and plans that maximise employee adoption and usage and minimise resistance
  • Driving delivery of the EMEA transformation, specifically in the areas of Sales and Customer Service process.
  • Working closely with market leaders to ensure changes are understood, supported and adopted
  • Creating and monitoring the change plan including change heatmap
  • Leadership and facilitation of change; setting up processes, change structures and developing change leadership throughout the organisation

 

What you will be responsible for delivering:

 

  • Ensuring successful adoption of sales and services process as defined by CRM global Process Definition by team members at all levels of the organisation
  • Leading on the delivery of an effective Communications and Training Plan associated to the implementation of new sales and service processes and systems
  • Build a strong Sponsorship coalition across functions, geographies and cultures; acting as a coach for senior leaders and executives in helping them fulfil the role of change sponsor
  • Creating and implementing change management strategies and plans that maximise employee adoption and usage and minimise resistance
  • Provide leadership to empower, inspire and facilitate the work of cross-functional change teams by clarifying change approach and objectives and defining tactics necessary to accomplish these objectives.
  • Work with the EMEA Change heatmap, ensuring leaders can plan effectively for change landing with their teams
  • Support the business change activity for EMEA including the development of ‘to-be’ future states, impact of change assessment, business readiness planning, communications and stakeholder engagement
  • Coach and facilitate leaders of change to ensure adoption and utilisation across functions and geographies
  • Develop and manage a virtual ‘change network’ team made up of people across the end-to-end EMEA functions and other related functions
  • Work with the CRM Project core team to integrate change management activities into plans and ensure they are ‘set up for success
  • Provide hands on change management delivery and support for global, multi-functional changes where required – including development of the ‘to be’ future state, impact of change assessment, change plans, business readiness planning, benefits realisation, training plans, communications, and stakeholder engagement – to time, cost and quality
  • Identify and manage risks, issues and inter-project dependencies associated with change management, ensuring visibility, with plans to resolve, and managed through with all relevant stakeholders
  • Working with the EMEA and other Delivery Units cross-functionally to understand, map and manage cross workstream change impacts
  • Day to day leadership of change within the CRM Programme
  • Collaborate and drive Centre of Excellence to help and grow the Change Management capability in the wider organization
  • Maintain a ‘Business Change Manager’ network between different areas of the business who are critical for the successful delivery of the CRM plan

 

What we are looking for from you:

 

  • Experience of commercial roles within a global organisation and associated understanding of how sales and customer service teams work
  • Experience of delivering large scale change programmes / projects for a global company with a track record of delivering business change to achieve outcomes and benefits
  • Understanding of how people go through a change and the change process, proven track record of leading and coaching teams
  • Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal
  • Forward looking with a holistic approach
  • Organised with a natural inclination for planning strategy and tactics
  • Problem solving and root cause identification skills
  • Must be a team player and able to work collaboratively with and through others
  • Acute business acumen and understanding of organisational issues and challenges
  • Familiarity with project management approaches, tools and phases of the project lifecycle
  • Experience with large-scale organisational change efforts
  • Change management certification or designation
  • Ability to effectively use Microsoft Project, Visio, PowerPoint, SharePoint and Excel
  • Fluent in both verbal and written English
  • Degree level education or equivalent
