We are a leading distributor and service provider of major air compression, purification, filtration and other industrial products in Thailand with onsite service expertise.   

 

ABOUT THE ROLE

Service Administrative Assistant are responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of Service Department.   They work with a team of engineers and technicians, and coordinate between service team, other divisions, and the clients/suppliers in order to ensure that the company’s services procedures are efficiently and effectively operated.

•           Assist and facilitate service team.

•           Manage all service documentation.

•           Manage service petty cash.

•           Record and summarize service gross sales.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Prepare any letter as assigned.
  • Prepare rental document for clients.
  • Prepare local parts purchase requisition.
  • Prepare spare parts quotation for clients.
  • Approve and acknowledge clients purchase order
  • Record and update service databases such as reference list of supplier, clients, and project.
  • Record and summarize service quotation and received purchase order.
  • Record and summarize service gross sales.
  • Manage service petty cash, do clearing process and disburse on time.
  • Provide assistance and facilitation for team.
  • Coordinate with other divisions coordinator for interdivision communication and documentation.
  • Attend department meeting and prepare minutes.
  • Maintain good relationship with suppliers and clients according to good customer service basics.
  • Other tasks as assigned.

 

REQUIREMENTS

  • At least 1 year experience in the field.
  • Good interpersonal relationship and teamworking.
  • Have good customer service basics.
  • Good at English (listening, speaking, reading, writing).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to manage multitasking, manage time, and work prioritizing.
  • Strong ethics and reliability.
