About the role:
The role will be required to carry out regular reviews of all digital products in APAC and suggest improvements to directly impact overall product conversion. This role will also be responsible for designing campaigns, working closely with campaign managers and local marketing executives to ensure new brand propositions are brought to life through graphic design.
Responsibilities:
- Working with various teams, define product roadmap, and growth opportunities for APAC digital products.
- Conduct regular reviews and analysis on existing products and suggest improvements that contribute to business growth.
- Producing online marketing assets suitable for all APAC websites and digital channels, including SEM activity.
- Designing campaigns, working closely with campaign managers and local marketing executives to ensure new brand propositions are brought to life through graphic design.
- Creating and publishing high quality assets and imagery across all marketing channels.
- Maintaining and updating web pages and/or marketing templates as per the requirements of business stakeholders.
- Ensure efficiency of processes, continuously improve production methods and clarity of communications.
- Prioritizing items in product backlog, and work with global teams for delivery.
- Optimise designs through investigation and data analysis. Measure and track performance of designed solutions.
- Establish strong relationship with global and local teams, remove roadblocks towards business goals.
- Plan and communicate to stakeholders effectively, follow through the product feature delivery.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or business or other related fields.
- At least 5 years of experience in product management or marketing area
- In-depth knowledge about ecommerce websites is required.
- Solid experience in owning a digital product and a proven track record of improving commercial metrics.
- Demonstrated skills & experience of designing web pages and forms for commercial or transactional websites.
- Solid experience in product design, UX/UI design, web page design.
- Proficiency with content management tools.
- Demonstrated ability to work cross-functional teams effectively, remove roadblocks to get things done.
- Strong analytic, critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Confident and persuasive, strong ability to present and sell ideas to stakeholders.
- Excellent interpersonal & communication skills.
Desirable:
- Knowledge and experience in data analysis is preferred.
- Experience of Adobe Analytics, BICC and SAP is preferred
