Under the guidance and direction of the Director Human Resources Business Partner for North America, the HR Business Partner will provide strategic HR support in the areas of employee relations compliance, diversity, performance management, rewards, HR Analysis, succession planning, organizational and workforce planning, and employee engagement.
Compensation: $110K - $125K
Schedule: Mon-Fri | 7/8 AM - 4/5 PM
Location: Remote (U.S.-based), with Hybrid expectations for candidates located within commuting distance of Radnor, PA.
Key Responsibilies:
- Delivers HR counsel and drives successful programs in the areas of employee relations, consultations, retention, engagement, and performance management.
- Maintain an in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to the day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks, and ensuring regulatory compliance. Partner with internal/external counsel as needed/required
- Manager and resolves complex employee relations issues. Conducts effective, thorough, and objective investigations.
- Provides guidance in employee relations issues. Works with managers and employees in identifying and addressing performance related issues. Provides mentorship and support to
- Works closely with managers and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention
- Provides HR policy guidance and interpretation
- Partners with the recruiting team on promotions and transfers
- Takes lead role on HR analytics projects
- As needed, assists international employees with expatriate assignments and related HR matters
- Provides guidance and input on compensation, benefits, employee communications, organizational design, workforce planning, and succession planning
- Ensures compliance with changing HR laws impacting the designated offices/sites
- Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources and employment law
- Play key role/leads significant change management projects
- Maintains and organizes human resources information within SuccessFactors. As required, partners with the People Technology Team on projects and initiatives
- Maintains the HRIS in support of the organizations data management and reporting needs.
- Ensures accuracy and integrity of organizational data within SuccessFactors.
- Creates standard and ad hoc queries or reports. Provides data summaries or statistical analysis for use in strategic planning or decision-making.
- Follows established procedures for updating, validating, and correcting employee records or other related HR data.
- Manages ad-hoc HR projects and performs all other duties as assigned
Candidate Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, business, management, or a related field
- Minimum 7 years’ experience resolving complex HR and employee relations issues
- Demonstrated business acumen, organizational savvy, judgement and decision making skills
- A strategic thinker and creative problem solver who takes initiative and ownership
- Self-starter with a creative mind and a track record of putting ideas into practice and assessing results
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and extreme discretion
