Position Overview
We are seeking a Learning and Development Specialist responsible for designing, coordinating, and executing learning strategies that foster employee growth, strengthen organizational culture, and promote an inclusive and engaging work environment. This role ensures the quality, compliance, and effectiveness of training programs across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Onboarding & Induction
- Coordinate and deliver onboarding sessions for new hires.
- Develop and update induction materials aligned with the company’s culture, processes, and values.
- Learning Design & Management
- Identify training needs across departments and develop learning pathways accordingly.
- Review and update training content and methodologies.
- Manage the learning platform, ensuring accurate assignments and compliance.
- Deliver both in‑person and virtual training sessions.
- Compliance, Audits & Regulatory Requirements
- Ensure all training programs comply with internal policies and Quality Management System standards.
- Implement labor regulatory requirements, including those from the Ministry of Labor (e.g., NOM‑035).
- Monitor compliance with corporate training plans such as EHS or Commercial programs.
- Development Programs & Project Management
- Implement development initiatives aligned with the needs of internal stakeholders.
- Represent the organization in workshops and events promoting values and culture.
- Support the operation and growth of corporate communities and ERGs across LATAM.
- Platform & Benefits Administration
- Manage user access and activity on external training platforms such as APR (Rockwell).
- Oversee the English language learning benefit and ensure adherence to program guidelines.
- Policies, Documentation & Stakeholder Management
- Develop and update policies, manuals, and documentation related to learning and development.
- Provide support to internal and external stakeholders involved in training processes.
Required Qualifications
- Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Communications, Organizational or Clinical Psychology, Labor Relations, or a related field.
- Experience
- 2 to 3 years of experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development, or similar roles.
- Experience in content creation and basic video editing is preferred.
- Languages
- Upper‑intermediate English proficiency.
- Technical Skills
- Proficiency in Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Familiarity with LMS platforms is an advantage.
