Role Purpose
The Senior Inside Sales Representative is responsible for driving revenue growth by managing complex sales cycles, nurturing strategic customer relationships, and identifying new business opportunities within assigned accounts. This role serves as a trusted advisor to clients, leveraging deep product knowledge and consultative selling skills to deliver tailored solutions that meet customer needs and achieve organizational goals.
Responsibilities
- Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities within assigned territories or accounts.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers to ensure long-term customer satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with field sales, marketing, and customer success teams to execute account strategies and maximize cross-sell and upsell opportunities.
- Utilize CRM tools to manage pipeline, forecast accurately, and maintain detailed account records.
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitive landscape, and product updates to position solutions effectively.

Candidate Requirements
Essential Skills & Experience
- Proven success in inside sales or account management with a track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
- Strong consultative selling skills and ability to manage complex sales cycles.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and sales enablement tools.
- Ability to analyze data and use insights to drive decision-making.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Desirable Skills & Experience
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.
- Exposure to cross-functional collaboration with marketing and product teams.
- Understanding of customer success principles and lifecycle management.
Essential Qualifications (Must be evidenced at offer stage)
- Minimum of 3–5 years in an inside sales or similar role.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales quotas.
