Manager of RS PRO

Job Description

  • Lead the RS PRO team to deliver outstanding business results in the Americas region
  • Partner with the Sales, Product Management & Supplier Management, VAS, and Marketing teams to; 
    • engage the regional sales force in selling the RS PRO brand
    • align existing product ranges within categories, position and price
    • oversee a world class, regionally relevant new product introduction process
    • maintain a private label inventory turns target that keeps pace with projected growth
    • optimize the online digital marketing strategy
    • identify and exploit new markets, products and technologies

About the role

The RS PRO Manager oversees the private label team to drive growth in revenue, portfolio assortment, and profitability in our private label brand. The RS PRO Manager must have the ability to foster strong relationships inside and outside of RS.

  • Open-minded and possess the ability to effectively collaborate with colleagues from diverse cultural backgrounds across the globe

  • Confident and effective communicator to all levels of the business and to various stakeholders
  • Comfortable in making decisions, be driven by results, and possess strong coaching ability to inspire team towards achieving optimal outcomes

Desirable Skills & Experience

  • Experience of working in a private-label B2B environment such as industry, industrial distribution, logistics or business services sector
  • Deep understanding of our customer proposition and how RS PRO can amplify our offering to drive profitable sales growth
