Position Objective

Lead and optimize the company’s operations in Mexico and LATAM, ensuring efficiency in logistics, warehousing, inventory, procurement, quality, and customer service. Implement processes, technologies, and systems that drive continuous improvement, KPI compliance, and alignment with the company’s strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Standardize and improve operational processes in logistics, warehousing, procurement, and inventory.
• Develop and lead high-performance teams through coaching and development plans.
• Implement technological systems (WMS, quality, procurement) in at least three key areas.
• Coordinate audits and quality certifications.
• Reduce logistics and service costs by 10% within 12 months.
• Manage the operational budget and P&L with expense control.
• Ensure compliance with operational KPIs through monthly reports to management.

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum of 10 years in operations, logistics, supply chain, procurement, or manufacturing.
• Industries: Distribution, trading, or manufacturing.
• Leadership: Experience with multidisciplinary and multicultural teams. International or regional experience in LATAM is desirable.
• Technology: ERP, WMS, TMS, advanced Excel, Power BI or Tableau.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, International Trade, Business Administration, or related fields. Postgraduate studies desirable (MBA, Master’s in Supply Chain).
