About the Role
Role Purpose
GSBS have an ambitious strategy to embed “Operational Excellence as a core way of working” to support customers and suppliers, internal or external to the business through performance with insights.
An essential purpose of the role is to raise credibility with transparency, measurement, and control of KPIs, SLA’s and measures across GBS’ portfolio globally, with data-driven actionable insights.
The Senior Performance Reporting Analyst delivers insightful cross-functional reporting, supporting a centralised system of engagement and insight across Global Shared Business centres including Foshan, Monterrey, Fort Worth, Corby and Riga.
There is a key focus on this role to provide, real-time and accurate insight to support driving performance and productivity improvements in alignment to existing and GSBS House of KPIs.
Working alongside a global team, the role holder produces analytical reports and provides insight to stakeholders across Global Shared Business Centres to drive improved performance.
Responsibilities
- Create analytical reports and dashboards using a variety of solutions (Excel, PowerBI) to record, track, and pro-actively influence performance.
- Monitor and perform detailed analysis of GSBS performance metrics, using various reporting analysis tools to determine root causes and develop appropriate action plans.
- Develop and deliver performance reporting to agreed cadence, enabling operational leaders to review metrics in timely manner.
- Create strong business partnering with key stakeholders across various operational areas and geographies to monitor performance and drive improvements.
- Highlight areas of concern and supporting the management team in the provision of analytical insight to drive business decisions.
- Support the governance and production of KPI reporting including calculations, definitions, benchmarks, targets, and cadence of reporting.
- Support the development, governance, and maintenance of the GSBS reporting landscape to align with our delivery model.
- Highlight and implement opportunities for efficiencies and automation.
- Work with the central Data Team to ensuring we are leveraging existing and incoming technologies appropriately, and to drive new analytical development for GSBS.
- Identify, benchmark and improve existing and new GSBS KPIs across effectiveness, efficiency and experience.
- Production of reporting documentation to ensure clarity and alignment.

Candidate Requirements
Qualifications and Skills:
- A minimum of 5 years data analytics experience working with senior leadership and across a matrix / cross functional &/or multi territory global organizations
- Analytical capability with a high level of commercial awareness

- Basic understanding of statistics, regression, deviation
- Effective report design and construction
- Interpretation of financial and non-financial data, including the ability to identify anomalies and spot trends
- Experience of handling and manipulating large datasets
- Highly proficient in Excel and experience with other Microsoft technologies (PPT, Visio)
- 2+ years’ experience with visualization tools such as PowerBI (preferred) or similar
- Experience automating report production using PowerAutomate or other technologies
- Educated to degree level in

- Able to communicate confidently and effectively at all levels of the organization, both verbally and in writing, in English
- Experience working with and coaching more junior members of staff to drive team development.
