Objective of the Role:
The Corporate Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic approaches to engage executive-level decision-makers within key corporate groups, conglomerates, and nationally significant companies. The mission is to position Risoul | RS’s brands and solutions at a strategic level, driving adoption and expansion of our value propositions across industrial plants nationwide, with a special focus on the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and build a directory of key contacts within each target corporate group.
- Design and execute relationship strategies with decision-makers (C-level executives, operations directors, strategic procurement).
- Develop technical and commercial relationships with key contacts, supported by product teams and consultants, to showcase Risoul | RS’s capabilities and portfolio.
- Coordinate with extended teams to support client purchasing decisions for both CapEx and OpEx.
- Keep sales engineers and branch managers informed about progress through regular sessions, demonstrating how corporate strategies support local sales growth.
- Understand each target client’s strategic direction and align Risoul’s capabilities to support medium- and long-term investment plans.
- Travel as needed to specific sites to gain insights into plant operations and tailor corporate-level messaging and initiatives.
- Promote strategic business initiatives such as contracts, services, processes, and connected enterprise solutions.
- Analyze and review performance against objectives, creating reports that track progress across strategies and goals.
- Support sales representatives in closing projects that result from corporate-level engagement.
Requirements:
- Advanced English proficiency.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience managing corporate clients.
- Strong strategic thinking and relationship-building skills.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
- Experience in industrial or technical sales is a plus.
