RS France is part of RS Group plc, a global distributor for customers and suppliers involved in the design, construction or maintenance of industrial plant and equipment.

Present in 32 countries, we offer more than 860,000 products to over 72,000 customers in France.

RS France currently employs more than 500 people (including a 250-strong sales team and a 130-strong logistics team) and offers a host of complementary services such as metrology, i-maintenance solutions, e-business and inventory solutions, as well as on-the-ground support through partnerships with 150 strategic manufacturers.

LIFE AT RS

RS France is located in Beauvais in the Oise department, with premises close to major roads. With its focus on human values, RS France is committed to its employees and has just been awarded the GREAT PLACE TO WORK label. With a gender equality index of 99/100 and an ecovadis Platinum medal, RS France does everything it can to promote diversity, equality, CSR and well-being at work for its employees. Osteopathy sessions are held free of charge on site twice a month, a social worker is on hand to help employees with administrative formalities, baskets of local vegetables are delivered to the site every week thanks to the setting up of an AMAP, and numerous federative events punctuate the lives of employees around sport, conviviality, health and safety.

LOCAL TEAM

The RS France Management Committee is made up of 4 men and 4 women, plus our Chairman Stéphane Maffli. Being on first-name terms is de rigueur in the company, as are informal exchanges at the coffee machine and a casual look. We work on large open-plan workstations, and many of us practice flex office and hybrid working, with a requirement for 2 face-to-face days a week.
