Role Purpose
In your capacity as the Americas Leader for Accounts Receivable, you hold a pivotal role with a broad mandate that spans the entirety of the Americas region, encompassing the United States, Canada, and Latin America (LATAM). This role is central to the success and growth of our organization within this dynamic and diverse market.
One of the critical dimensions of your role is leading and managing large, cross-functional teams situated in both Mexico and the United States. Your adept leadership skills are integral to fostering collaboration, driving performance, processes excellence and achieving our organizational objectives. The success of this team hinges on the effective maintenance and management of key Accounts Receivable (AR) related metrics, and you play a pivotal role in overseeing and taking responsibility for these critical performance indicators. Responsibilities
- Lead and strategically manage AR operations to optimize financial health, cash flow, and efficiency across the Americas region, with an emphasis on bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English.
- Champion the value of Global Shared Business Services, emphasizing financial performance and growth while fostering strong bilingual communication.
- Drive AR excellence through continuous improvement and automation initiatives, enhancing the effectiveness of large regional teams in Mexico and DFW.
- Foster stakeholder relationships to support financial objectives, ensuring seamless bilingual communication and transparency.
- Oversee AR SLAs, budgets, and goals with a strong focus on financial metrics, while coordinating efforts across bilingual teams.
- Deliver impactful AR-focused business reviews to senior executives, showcasing the financial achievements of bilingual teams.
- Lead, inspire, and empower the bilingual AR management teams in Mexico and DFW to maximize financial results.
- Proactively address AR challenges to enhance financial performance, leveraging bilingual capabilities for problem-solving.
- Align with and promote the company's AR strategy, emphasizing financial growth and efficiency through bilingual communication and automation.
- Drive process improvements and automation in AR operations across bilingual regions.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve cash flow and financial outcomes, bridging bilingual communication gaps for success.

Essential Skills & Experience
- Proven leadership experience in managing large regional AR teams in bilingual environments, particularly in Mexico and the Dallas-Fort Worth area.
- Demonstrated expertise in Accounts Receivable operations, with a strong focus on optimizing financial health, cash flow, and efficiency.
- Bilingual proficiency in both Spanish and English, essential for effective communication within the Americas region.
- Track record of driving continuous improvement initiatives and implementing automation solutions in AR operations.
- Experience in overseeing AR service level agreements (SLAs), budgets, and financial goals, with a keen understanding of relevant financial metrics.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, including transparent communication, relationship building, and collaboration with internal teams.
- Prior success in delivering impactful AR-focused business reviews to senior executives and key stakeholders, demonstrating executive presence.
- Leadership experience that showcases the ability to inspire and empower AR management teams to achieve financial results.
- Proactive problem-solving skills to address AR-specific challenges and enhance financial performance.
- Alignment with and promotion of organizational AR strategy to drive financial growth and efficiency.
- Background in driving process improvements and automation in AR operations, with a focus on enhancing financial outcomes.
- Executive presence and the ability to present effectively to CXOs, influencing strategic decisions.
- Proficiency in technology related to AR, with a strong focus on SAP systems and their integration into Accounts Receivable processes.
